Acceptable Use Policy

Bulin 47 AI lets you turn a photo of yourself, or of someone who has agreed, into a short AI generated freestyle video in the style of a viral clip. This policy sets the content rules for everything uploaded to or created with the service. It works together with our Terms of Service.

1. What this policy covers

• Photos you upload.
• Videos the service generates from them.
• How you share those videos.

There is no free-text prompt: every render uses the same fixed text description, so the only inputs you control are the photo and the length, resolution and frame you choose.

2. What is not allowed

You may not use the service to create, upload or share any of the following.

• Sexual or NSFW content. Nudity, sexual or fetish content of any kind, including sexualised depictions of real people.
• Violent or gory content. Graphic violence, injury or cruelty, and content that glorifies or threatens violence.
• Hate speech. Content that attacks or demeans people for race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age, and content that promotes extremist groups.
• Child-unsafe content. Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors, and any photo of a person under 18. This is zero tolerance: we remove the content, close the account and report to the authorities.
• Deepfakes and impersonation. The service is for generating a video of yourself, or of a person who clearly agreed, in an openly AI generated scene. You may not make synthetic media of a person who has not agreed, impersonate a real person, use a photo of a celebrity, politician or other public figure, present a generated video as real footage, or use it to deceive, defame, harass, blackmail or commit fraud.
• Copyright and trademark infringement. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use, and do not use the videos in a way that infringes anyone's rights. The original Bulin 47 video shown on our home page belongs to its owners (see the Terms, section 7). Do not present a generated video as the original clip or as real footage of anyone, and do not suggest that Bulin 47 or Kevin Wai took part in it.

Also not allowed: trying to get around our safety controls or the model provider's filters, uploading photos of several people in an attempt to target one of them, and using the service at scale to scrape or train other AI systems.

3. Disclose that it is AI

Videos made here are AI generated. Label them as AI generated when you post them and do not claim they are real recordings. If you remove or hide that label to mislead people, that is a breach of this policy.

4. How we moderate

• Consent gate. You must confirm every time that the photo is of you or of someone who agreed, and that it is not a minor, celebrity or public figure. We keep a record of that confirmation.
• Fixed description. Because there is no custom prompt, nobody can type instructions to steer a render toward prohibited scenes.
• Provider safety filters. The video model provider applies its own safety filters to the photo and the result. A photo that is rejected produces no video and the credits are returned.
• Human review. Reports are reviewed by a person. We keep the records we need to handle abuse, takedown and legal requests (see the Privacy Policy).
• Ongoing changes. We adjust these controls as the product and the risks change.

5. Report a problem

If a video or a photo breaks these rules, or a video shows you without your agreement, write to support@bulin47ai.tools with the subject "Report" and include what you saw, where, and any link or video ID. You do not need an account to report. We keep the reporter's identity confidential, review each report on its merits and record bad-faith or repeated false reports.

6. How fast we act

• Serious reports (child safety, non-consensual or sexual deepfakes, threats): we aim to respond within 24 hours and take the content down as soon as we confirm it.
• Other reports: a first response within 3 business days and a decision within 7 business days.

If a report needs longer we tell the reporter why. Process: report received, triage, review, decision, action, and a reply to the reporter.

7. What we may do

Depending on how serious and how repeated the breach is, we may:

• warn you and ask you to stop;
• remove a video or photo;
• refuse renders and limit the account;
• suspend the account while we review;
• close the account permanently and clear the remaining credits for serious breaches;
• report to law enforcement where the law requires or allows it.

8. Appeals

If you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice or email support@bulin47ai.tools within 14 days with the subject "Appeal" and your account email. We look at it again and answer within 10 business days. If we were wrong we restore the content, the account and any credits.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will say so at the top of the page, with at least 14 days' notice for material changes. Questions, reports and appeals: support@bulin47ai.tools.
