Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what you agree to

These Terms are between you and the operator of Bulin 47 AI at https://bulin47ai.tools ("we", "us").

By creating an account, buying credits or generating a video you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, and that you may enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Bulin 47 AI is an unofficial fan tool inspired by the viral Bulin 47 freestyle. You upload one photo and we use an AI video model to generate a new short video in which the person in your photo performs a dembow freestyle in a scene made to be similar to the viral clip. The video is created from your photo and a fixed text description. It is similar to the original, not identical, and we do not use, edit or reuse the original Bulin 47 footage to make your video. The service is delivered digitally through the website. Nothing is shipped and no person provides a live service.

2.1 Not affiliated. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or any related person, label or platform. Names are used only to describe the trend.

2.2 AI model disclosure. Videos are generated with the Seedance 2.5 video model from ByteDance, accessed through the Kie.ai API platform. We do not use the model owner's brand as our own. The model's availability and behaviour can change, and outages at the provider can delay or prevent renders.

2.3 Results vary. AI output may not look like you and may contain visual or audio artefacts. Every video is different, and a video is similar to the viral clip but never identical to it. Vocals are Spanish-language AI vocals, and the lyrics are generated by the model and are not reviewed by us. We do not promise a particular likeness, quality, intelligible lyrics or any degree of similarity to the viral clip. The model provider applies its own safety filters to the photo you upload, and a photo can be rejected (see section 6.3).

3. Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep your login private and tell us at support@bulin47ai.tools if you think someone else used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Credits

4.1 The service uses prepaid credits. You buy a one-time credit pack. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Current packs and prices are on the pricing page.

4.2 Each video costs a fixed number of credits that is shown on the generator page before you start. The cost depends on the length and the resolution you choose.

4.3 Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred and have no cash value. If your account is closed by us for a breach of these Terms, unused credits may be forfeited.

4.4 If a render fails or the photo is rejected, the credits for that render are returned to your balance automatically.

5. Payment

5.1 Each purchase is a single one-time charge for the amount shown at checkout. By completing checkout you authorise that charge.

5.2 Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record under Stripe Managed Payments. Card details are handled by the processor and are never stored on our servers. The charge on your statement is shown under the processor's or our descriptor.

5.3 Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by the Merchant of Record at checkout where required.

6. Your photo, your responsibilities

6.1 You need permission. You may upload only a photo of yourself or of a person who has clearly agreed to appear in the video. You confirm this each time you start a render, and we keep a record of that confirmation with the time and your IP address.

6.2 Not allowed. Do not upload photos of children or anyone under 18, of celebrities or public figures, or of anyone who has not agreed. Do not use the service to impersonate a person, to mislead people about who appears in a video, or to harass, defame or deceive anyone. The full list is in the Acceptable Use Policy.

6.3 Rejected photos. Photos that fail the consent confirmation or the model provider's safety filters will not produce a video. Credits for a rejected render are returned.

6.4 Label it as AI. Videos made with the service are AI generated. When you share one, label it as AI generated and do not present it as real footage.

6.5 What you give us. You grant us a limited licence to process your photo and to create and store the resulting video only to provide the service to you, to prevent abuse and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your photo and do not use it to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy.

7. The videos you create

7.1 You may download and share your video for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

7.2 The original Bulin 47 video shown on our home page, and its music and performance, belong to their respective rights holders. It is shown for context only, we do not use it to make your video, and you receive no rights in it. Your generated video imitates its style only: it grants you no rights in the original music, lyrics, performance or the people who appear in it, and you must not present your video as the original or suggest that Bulin 47 or Kevin Wai took part in or endorse it.

7.3 If you are a rights holder or you appear in a video and want it removed, write to support@bulin47ai.tools. We act promptly on credible requests and may remove content and suspend accounts.

8. Refunds

The full policy is on the Refund Policy page. If this summary and that page differ, the Refund Policy applies. In short:

8.1 Failed or rejected renders. The credits are returned automatically. No request is needed.

8.2 Unused credits. You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.

8.3 Duplicate or mistaken charges. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we will refund the error in full.

8.4 Credits already used. Credits used for a video that was delivered successfully are not refundable, because the AI processing has already been paid for.

8.5 Statutory rights. If you are in the EU, the UK or Australia, any statutory right of withdrawal for a first purchase is kept until you first use the credits you bought.

8.6 How to ask. Email support@bulin47ai.tools with your account email and the order or transaction ID. We reply within 2 business days. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can fix the problem faster.

9. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular you must not create deepfakes or impersonate anyone, upload photos of minors or of people who have not agreed, create sexual, violent or hateful content, infringe copyright or trademarks, or try to bypass our safety controls. You must not use the service or its outputs to train, tune or benchmark another AI model, and you must not scrape the service at scale.

10. Suspension and termination

We may refuse a render, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, is used for fraud or abuse, or when the law requires it. If we end your access for a reason other than your breach, we will refund unused credits. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@bulin47ai.tools.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free or that any video will match your expectations, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law that applies to you as a consumer where mandatory, and otherwise by the law of the operator's place of business. Before starting any formal proceeding, please email support@bulin47ai.tools so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or on the site before they take effect. Using the service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
