Refund Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service (section 8). Credits are sold as one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

1. Failed or rejected renders: automatic refund

If a render fails, times out, or the photo is rejected by the safety filters, the credits for that render go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask, and the credits do not expire.

2. Unused credits: full refund within 7 days

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of buying it, as long as none of the credits from that pack have been used.

3. Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the error in full.

4. Credits already used

Credits used for a video that was generated and delivered are not refundable, because the AI processing has already been paid for. Results vary between renders, so if a delivered video has a technical fault (for example it cannot be played or downloaded), write to us and we will look at it and, where the fault is ours, return the credits.

5. Your statutory rights

If you live in the EU, the UK or Australia, any statutory right to withdraw from a first purchase is kept until you first use the credits you bought. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have by law.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email support@bulin47ai.tools from the address on your account and include:

• the email you signed up with;
• the order or transaction ID from your payment receipt;
• what happened, in a sentence or two.

We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment processor and Merchant of Record, Stripe. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank, usually 3 to 10 business days.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually fix the problem faster and a dispute can lock your account while it is reviewed.
